I would - and have - recommended her gift of healing to anyone who is searching, not just for ways to overcome compulsions, but for long term solutions for the heart ache involved with subconsciously self-destructing. Sarah Buydens at Empowering Health Clinic has helped me turn my life around after suffering many years of chronic anxiety and depression. She is incredibly knowledgeable about the workings of the mind and overall health, and all from a holistic perspective. She has tremendous empathy and I feel completely at ease talking to her, after several failed attempts to connect with counselors in the past. I urge anyone with any sort of mental health issues to get help, and you can't go wrong starting here.
