(September 22, 2018, 5:29 pm)Front desk people very nice and very helpful, but would definitely NOT recommend the intro pole class for people who have not done pole dancing before. Environment was very stressful, rushed and uncomfortable and I ended up badly injuring my wrist due to doing a move incorrectly. The instructor would demonstrate the move but then not offer much help if you were struggling other than showing it again. Would probably go back for yoga or barre but not for pole!

(November 1, 2017, 7:07 pm)I recently bought an intro month unlimited pass, and have been to 5 different classes with 5 different instructors. Each class has been absolutely amazing, with each instructor (and staff member) making the effort to make me feel welcomed and comfortable. Each class has been challenging yet accessible to all levels (which I appreciate as a beginner). I am so impressed and can't wait to continue practicing at this studio!

(August 6, 2017, 6:38 am)I just started coming but so far I am loving the classes, the studio is beautiful and I always feel welcomed when I get there! Would definitely recommend checking out what they have to offer for yoga and barre classes!!!
