(June 6, 2019, 11:39 pm)BPM is the first gym I have been apart of that really tailors every workout for my body and my goals. All the staff are absolutely amazing! They are always taking suggestions to improve and have all the customers involved! I really feel apart of the BPM gym experience! I recommend trying every fitness class and heading downtown to experience an energy filled spin workout!

The people I work with and the clients who come through our door are so close to my heart and you can never leave a class without a smile. :) Every instructor has their own wonderful, unique style of teaching to get you sweating and in a great mood!

(February 21, 2019, 3:30 pm)BPM is a welcoming community of spinners/bikers. Their studio is modest in size but very well equipped and maintained. They provide plenty of data about your workout, so you can track your progress.
