  Wow. I cannot begin to explain how breathtaking the view was there day we arrived for our stay. It said ocean view, but this was something else.
  When we checked in, our host, Xueping, greeted us and showed us around. Our queen bed suite was complete with it's own deck, bbq, fridge, TV with Netflix and more. Then we moved on to the common areas. Seriously, these guys have thought of everything.
  My mom and I had a beautiful stay, everything was so comfortable and inviting. The evening before we left, we had the privilege of a slideshow of photos taken by Xueping's husband, Toby, a professional photographer. It was incredible.
  We will definitely be back, because the hospitality we felt was unparalleled. They've really thought through the small details that will make your stay a dream come true

  Excellent bed and breakfast. Beautiful views.Experience Shangri-la on Pender Island.Fantstic hospitality by the owners and phenomenal rooms.The beds were so comfortable and the peace and quiet was incredible. Highly recommend for a beautiful stay on the island.

  My hosts made me and my mum feel very welcome. We enjoyed our 6 nights stay in this place. 6 nights is not short not long, isn't it? All along, we communicated with hosts very well. At begins, we spent some time to confirm the reservation. That's mainly because I 'm totally new to this island. Indeed, once hosts accepted my reservation, things were going fast and smoothly. Like said, I stayed there for roughly one week. Room is not much big like others, but for a traveler who basically wants to find a cozy place to sleep and relax well, it's enough and even luxury somewhat. The owner of this place is taking very good care of this place. All the facilities are almost brand-new and very well taken care.
  
  Personally i didn't encounter any problem. Our hosts gave us plenty of advice from the foods and tourist attraction. They were trying to satisfy every needs from my side always in a prompt way. I'm feeling that i am served well like in a hotel! Looking at the beautiful island, I'll have to say, the world is so big that you can't believe Google Map for all the time. As a traveler who comes from East of Canada, that's an amazing visit. Without saying the awesome weather. For me, good thing is, from this place to the seaside is not much far. If weather allows, going from this house to see the real sea takes me only a walking distance. Otherwise, in the Pender Island, there are numerous options for the sightseeing.
  
  I would like to stay there again. And there's no doubt that I would recommend this host for my networking. If you ask me any advice for other guests, I would say after the reservation, it deserves the time to do some research. Because their location is very good, plenty of natural resources. Staying this place, you'll have a lot of interesting thing to do. That's why i suggest before the jump, do some work, so that traveler could make full use of the advantage of this excellent location. Of course, no worry if no time spent on the research, I'm under impression that host will be always glad to offer you the whole bunch of advice.
  
  Overally, in my humble opinion that this place is worth the 5 star rating. I wish one day I'll come back again.

  My wife and I stayed in Shangri-La B&B for four days, love it. The room is clean and queen bed is very comfy. The owner couple are very kind and friendly, gave us an island exploring day trip! Above all, the stunning oceanfront view is amazing, we can see so many different view changes even in a day! After the day activities, you can either sit in the deck and enjoy the ocean sound or sit in the couch inside and listen the classic musics from the owners collection, the mind is relaxed and heart is peaceful. We will definitely come back! Recommend to everyone.
