She was excellent at providing the detailed information that we wanted about prospective houses and at answering all our questions in a timely manner. She was very prompt at arranging showings and responding to messages. Her marketing materials for selling our home were exceptional. She was always pleasant, friendly and professional. She clearly loves her job and it was a pleasure to work with her.

As someone who loves to get things done fast, working with Marilyn was great. She was so responsive while we were still out of province, and prompt with securing the viewing and purchase of our house when we got to Victoria. All of the recommendations that she gave us with regards to inspectors and lawyers was on point. She knows the Victoria area and market so well and has good working relationships with the other realtors we dealt with. Her expertise helped us draft our offer and subsequently secure our house within 4 days of moving to Victoria from Alberta so we couldn't be happier. We will definitely be working with her in the future.

On the property she has most recently handled the sale of for me, she extracted the best price and conditions from the buyers and then also negotiated an advantageous deal for me on the property I am purchasing. We had what we thought was an unusual situation, but during the interview we quickly realized that Marilyn had a wide range of experience including a situation very much like ours. Because of her experience and knowledge, we chose her to list our property. Marilyn marketed the property very professionally, I was impressed by the fantastic video of which she posted on line. Within a few days we had several offers and within a couple of weeks we had an offer that we accepted. We ended up selling the property above our listed price. Marilyn was extremely responsive throughout and spent a lot of time ensuring that every detail of the process was managed perfectly.
