(September 29, 2021, 2:23 am)We arrived into town late, and needed to find a place to eat. Boondocks was recommended to us and it did not disappoint. We were happy to enjoy the live music entertainment with our late super of a chicken parm for my hubby & a beef yorkie for me. Both tasted lovely, fresh and homemade.
The dinner was great, the entertainment was fun to listen to and the service was excellent. If we ever come back this way again, I’m sure we’ll stop by. -

(August 26, 2021, 5:50 pm)We're locals to Sidney and this restaurant has been a lovely staple in town. They have live music, outdoor seating and great food and drinks! It's a great little spot to bring the whole family to (our nephews LOVE the hot wings).

(August 15, 2021, 4:08 pm)Hello everyone. If you ever find yourself in Sidney here on Vancouver island do yourself a favour a stop in to say hi to the excellent staff at Boondocks B&G.
This is a fantastic local pub that has some killer grub and a live venue you won’t soon forget.
I know the chef personally and he’s always around making sure that only the best comes to your table.
The owner is a great guy with a real down to earth welcome to my pub/ home kind of attitude.
He’s always making sure that everything and everyone is well takin care of.
Not to mention the live entertainment he’s bringing in house.
A very long over due venue needed here in this fantastic little town by the sea.
So if you’re looking for a great meal or a 6 nights a week venue of great music and dancing, along with great service get your crew over to Boondocks.
