The owners did a great job pulling in great machinery and it is the best Sidney has to offer! As a long distance runner I loved that they had an Assault Treadmill as well!
Better than all that is that the staff were always extremely friendly and welcoming! 6/5 stars -

At this moment in my life I am terribly out of shape, but I am working with a personal trainer who focused on me in our time together & I am so appreciative of her efforts on my behalf.

From someone who is new to a gym without a lot of experience with the equipment, weights or routines, they are always willing to answer your questions, support and encourage you. I know I will reach my goals and I know I will do it with the support of the team. Being able to go to the gym anytime of the day or night works well with my schedule.
