  one of the two company's that he phoned that actually came out to the house...gave two days of in-home installation service both day and evening..and returned more service in the evening..so was well taken care of.

  No idea what the guy who rated the company 1 star is talking about, the staff are all knowledgeable and very kind!! The owner is extremely nice as well, he looks like an employee himself aha, they all work really hard and were very kind to everyone and tried their best to help.

  Great! They loaned my mom some equipment until we could decide which was best, and the staff was very courteous and knowledgeable.
