Taylor has an ability to really get you into your body leaving you feeling so much lighter in both body and mind. She has a very caring and authentic personality and truly cares about her students.
I have experienced many teachers around the world and Taylor is truly one of my favourites. Everyone who has the opportunity to be touched by Taylor will be so happy they did ❤️ ???????? -

(September 16, 2019, 5:59 pm)Taylor is by far the best yoga instructor I have had the pleasure of learning from. As a novice to the practice, I'm usually a bit unsure of myself in classes - but not with Taylor. She has the ability to make every person in the room comfortable and in turn willing to push themselves to get the most out of each class. I often found myself achieving positions (or at the least the beginning steps) that I never thought I would be able to! On top of the yoga expertise, I also found Taylor very attentive to the strengths and ailments of my body - this helped my practice exponentially, as I learned where to push my body and where to take it easy.
