Coming from a family that has numerous health issues, I decided I needed to do something to take care of myself. Since I have done kickboxing before I decided to look into this again. Joining kickboxing has been the best decision of my life. I was able to get healthy, lose 35lbs and I feel so much stronger and more fit. This positive change has made a huge difference in my confidence as I have had body image issues all my life. On top of getting fit and healthy, I have met a group of awesome people. Everyone have been super positive and supportive of each other's goals. The instructors and staff and members have become a huge part of my life...like family. You will find me there almost every day of the week.....thats how much I enjoy the company and the workout!!!!

I have seen the staff go above and beyond for their clientele. From kids parties to making sure the customers are completely satisfied. Great place to come in and feel welcomed. Being a fitness place they are not shy about helping you try to achieve your goal and discuss all options for you. They also check up and make sure you are getting the most from them. Great staff and clean facility.

Signed up for the 6 week challenge and lost 25 lbs! I turned 30 in June and kept telling myself by the time I'm 30 I'll be in the best shape of my life...didn't happen. Started this beginning of August and down 25 lbs! Great meal plan that taught me great things about meal prep and portion control, great classes that give you a great full body workout, and great accountability coach that is always there to cheer you on! Thanks so much Kickboxing Victoria!
