as for customer service, most people i have dealt with are great, including the owner. however, there is a younger lady that works there (owner's daughter?) and every single time i am in to buy something she has a pronounced air of barely giving a sh*t. if you could think of what it would look like to have someone doing the absolutely bare minimum to be friendly and make the experience positive for customers, that's her, and it's not just bad days, it's every single time. -
