I was going to buy a breast pump at London drugs because they were closer, but they lock theirs up and there's not a staff member to be found. So I drove the extra time from colwood because I know you're reliable and helpful. Thank you!

(September 14, 2018, 9:58 pm)They are doing their best to stay relevant. Sale prices are not fantastic, but they carry many licensed products that they can't control the prices of. Staff are friendly and at least try to smile. I don't see much staff loitering, which is great. Always good for a browse, pricing is pretty even with competition.

(August 22, 2018, 1:49 am)I bet it would be hard to run a toy store this large. It's been home to weekly visits by my family after we had our daughter 4 years ago. We come to have her walk around and enjoy the fantasy of all these toys. We buy whenever we can, but like most families, we are on a tight budget so every visit doesn't end with a purchase. The management and staff have always been friendly and I never feel like we're not welcome. I do enjoy supporting this location when we are in the area. We bought her first bike here, and was blown away at the employee who helped us. They also insisted they wouldn't let the bike leave until they take 15min to look over all aspects of the bike. impressed!
