The place is convenient, the staff were fine...I've seen two GIs from here; one was ok, but not great and muffed my procedure; the other (Shah) was just rude and condescending. Saw him in the hospital and hope to never see him again. EVER.
Dr. Rioux is wonderful as well has his support team. I feel valued and listened to and he gives out options. I wouldn't recommend anyone need a GI doctor but if needed I would highly recommend Dr. R, I feel safe in his care.
Dr. Loomes and the staff at Pacific Digestive Health are absolutely fantastic. Dr. Loomes has been my gastroenterologist for nearly five years, and during that time I've been extremely satisfied with all aspects of my care. He is immensely knowledgeable and always up to date with the latest medical literature. Moreover, he is genuinely empathetic, and he has a wonderful bedside manner.
I highly recommend Pacific Digestive Health and specifically Dr. Loomes.
