(May 27, 2020, 8:51 pm)I was so relieved when Dr. Neate's office returned my phone call last week, about a pretty bad cavity that I was dealing with. The front desk staff as well as Dr Neate himself were so accommodating and got me in to assess the damage the next day! I'm a new patient(referred by family), so for them to accept me during this time was amazing! I'm very thankful for them as once assessed I was booked for just yesterday, I received a root canal that went quite well, Paul and his assistant were so calming and did everything they could to get my mouth feeling better, and it does!!! 10/10 recommend!

Dr. Neate and his assistants are super kind and friendly. I came to him with incredible pain and needed help fast. I was texting with him directly and he got me into the chair ASAP and it was determined I needed a root canal. I never would have thought I would say this - but I was nearly falling asleep several times during the procedure. There was virtually no pain and they made sure I wasn't in any discomfort. They are seriously awesome. -

(September 28, 2017, 10:32 pm)Taking on a new dentist makes anyone apprehensive and now, I have recently have done so. I took a chance on the office of Neate Dental and I am very glad I did. I found out very quickly that I made the right decision. On my first visit I was Immediately greeted by front end staff that introduced themselves, made me feel welcome and were genuine. With little red tape and and no delay I met the Dr. Neate to analyse my situation. He was not only punctual, but spent extra time with me to go over my situation in detail. I followed though with a procedure that was properly outlined beforehand. It was executed with the ease by someone with up to date knowledge and honest care. After all was done, I know that this dental office did not care if I was rich or poor. They paid attention to me, and my health.
