  Incredible staff always only a phone call away with a solution to every problem! Super helpful people. Love the 1488 building , our dog also loved it . Great area, nice parks nearby. Definitely recommend them if you are looking for a place in downtown Vic !

  Considering, that our rental property was not receiving the management that we were expecting from the previous company, we decided to switch over to David Burr LTD. We are grateful to Luisa and her team for their prompt, professional advice, coordination and executive decisions.   I had been looking for a rental in Victoria for awhile with no luck. The team at David Burr helped me get into an apartment with ease. Very friendly and professional staff!

  I was extremely lucky to find a rental property in this market. David Burt responded promptly to my emails and made the move from Edmonton to Victoria very easy. I would recommend them to anyone that is searching for a place.
