I have been living in the Pakington building for the last seven years, and right from the start our landlord Sue has always made me feel most welcome. There is a strong sense of community in our building, as there also is in our neighborhood. The location is great and has so many amenities close by. You can walk into the Cook Street village to shop, head down to Dallas Road to enjoy the ocean, go to Beacon Hill park, or walk to numerous restaurants downtown; there are so many directions you could take and possibilities are endless. The building is clean and comfortable; and the accent decor in the lobby is always changing to reflect the season or holiday. I consider myself very fortunate to live here, as I am sure many of the other tenants feel the same way.

Very good service. Derek has done remarkable jobs. He respects everyone of his clients. I had some plumbing problems and he helped me to solve it immediately. Thanks to him, the problem was fixed within several hours!
Derek is very compassionate with his work and takes care of his clients to ensure that everyone is taken care of and treated with respect.
Great staff ! Super helpful and respectful landlords. The 1488 downtown Victoria is a pet friendly , very nice building. Me and my girlfriend really enjoyed the area with lots near by to eat and to see. Our dog loved the nearby parks as well . Again amazing staff !
Great service. Picked up the phone when I called. Answered all my questions.Extremely professional. Everything was done super fast when I came into their office. 10/10 one of the best companies I have dealt with with regards to finding and getting my rental.
