Norah is amazing and i love her so much her classes and things she posts on tiktok have helped me so much with my depression and she just helps me get out of bed everyday i’m so great full for her ! THANK YOU NORAH !

I had my first 1:1 session with Norah on 10/06 over Zoom. I have experience with regular mat and reformer pilates but never 1:1. During our time, I really enjoyed that it was a good workout but not so intense that I was exhausted at the end. Norah explains how to do each exercise in an easy to understand way and is very receptive to questions. Norah explained breathing techniques so well which is always my biggest struggle. I feel like even after one class, I can safely and effectively use the exercises on my own and make them a daily practice.

Norah is a wonderful pilates instructor full of great knowledge and an accessible approach to the practice! She is funny and kind and makes the classes enjoyable

Norah is a gifted, talented instructor. She has helped me with a neurological disorder, a knee injury and overall stretching and limbering. Norah is compassionate and kind. I would recommend her without hesitation.

Norah is a kind and thoughtful Pilates instructor. She explains everything in a clear way and helps you target particular trouble areas. And, she has fun while doing it!
