  Adam created two different customized road cycling clinics for me over the past six months. Loved them both.
  
  I love cycling but over the past few years as a result of injuries (a knee replacement) and high stress time at work, my motivation and commitment bottomed out. My confidence, fitness and motivation was gone. After my last customized group session, I feel the old spark back and have increased my riding, recommitted to getting back to my old, good habits, (this time with much improved basic skills) and am 'on the road' again in many ways.
  
  Adam and Mariska of The Cycling Co. are a class act - highly recommend them to any level of cyclist - beginner to expert. The 3 day clinic we had just for us (a group of 5 riders) was amazing.

  I went from not owning a bike for 20 years to riding 50km with clipless pedals on a new cross bike in 6 weeks! The way Adam broke down the skills and built on them with each lesson was excellent and made learning to ride easy! His enthusiasm for sharing his passion for riding is infectious and his patience for new riders, like myself, was very much appreciated. I can proudly say that I am now a "Bikalist!" :)
  
  Thank you to Adam and the other ladies in the Spring Road Clinic group for your patience and encouragement! I'll be back next week for the June clinic!
