This was the BEST experience. Clean, clean, clean. New and beautiful facility. Gave it 4 star only because the day I was there, there was some construction noise. Otherwise, 10 outta 10!

This was my first time getting a treatment at the NEW spa. I have to say...I was MORE than impressed with the treatment choice (recommended by Jackie), the products used and the HIGH end quality experience that was provided to me by Stephanie (my spa technician - is that what they're called? forgive me!).
JUST WOW! I have mild rosacea and the products she recommended really calmed my skin...I highly encourage you to splurge on yourself and get the 90 min Amethyst Facial Journey. I have zero regrets and I look very much forward to booking my next one! THANK YOU!

My favourite spa on Vancouver Island - hands down!! The new renovations are absolutely gorgeous and the space feels very tranquil and relaxing. I really appreciate the high level of sanitation (this spa uses an autoclave and other hospital grade cleaning supplies to sanitize their tools and work spaces!) and strict covid-19 protocols in place by Westin and the spa- I absolutely felt safe when on the property. I also love the new product line additions- highly recommend booking in for one of their facials- the Hydra Violet and Microdermabrasion facials are my favourite! Make sure you bring your bathing suit so you can take advantage of the mineral pool and the views.

Booked a couple's relaxation massage for my anniversary. The new decor is gorgeous and we enjoyed the serenity pool and lounge before our treatment very much. They didn't have tea or anything in the lounge like spas normally do, probably due to COVID, but that would have been nice. They only had bottled water.
A few mins in to our massage the massage therapist said they were putting cryogel on me for relaxation (didn't explain what it was) and it ended up being like a fancy rub A535, absolutely heated my back to the point of sweating then cooled me down SO much I was freezing for the rest of the massage and until after I left. It tingled intensely and ruined the massage for me, not relaxing at all. I kept thinking it would wear off soon and it didnt. An inappropriate treatment for a relaxation massage in my opinion. I probably could have fallen asleep if it wasn't for that product. Was disappointed in that experience as it was quite a pricey massage. Properly explain what the product is/give people the choice to have it or not please.
