(September 3, 2019, 9:02 pm)Service was amazing, Morgan kept us informed and also was very transparent with costs etc. The part that we were waiting for took a few days to arrive, he kept us up to speed on timelines and was on time when he made an appointment to meet at the house. I would recommend this company, especially after using many other companies for this service in Victoria and never being happy, to anyone anytime. We will absolutely use Morgan again!

(August 8, 2019, 10:20 pm)We were very pleased with the service we received from Morgan, Hometown Appliance Repair when he was able to fix our built in oven recently. He acts in his clients' best interest when he tries to prevent more than one service call, by first diagnosing the problem over the phone, if possible and by charging only his cost for parts. He was prompt, knowledgeable and experienced. I highly recommend him.

He ordered an icemaker for our fridge which he didn't use and he advised that ours was still in a good condition. Keep up the great work Morgan, your work ethic is second to none. Morgan was punctual, professional, knowledgeable and his rates are more than fair! Also, he kindly offered suggestions for how to maintain my dishwasher and increase its longevity. He was polite and friendly and very efficient with his time. I highly recommend Hometown Appliance Repair!!! Best experience ever!
