Customer service is EXCELLENT, prices are reasonable and they're very willing to order items in. I always enjoy shopping here!

(June 18, 2021, 11:14 pm)I just went in for the first time and they were just the nicest people, really welcoming and helpful. My friend who sews a lot says about $20 a metre is standard for Victoria and my purchases came to under $20 for a metre and a half so for what I wanted they weren't overpriced at all and I wasn't even hunting for the bargains. Their selection is extensive and beautiful. I'll definitely be back.
