  Super easy to deal with, no pressure and great service! Very knowledgeable staff, and their after sales support is second to none.

  Most of the staff are great, nice showroom, lots of bikes...But forget phone service! It plain sucks, especially their new system. 2019
  Service dept front end could be less condescending. Some customers DO know what they are talking about... What is Harleys trademark?

  I called Barnes in Victoria to have warranty work done on my bike, booked the appointment and they came to Nanaimo to pick up my bike, my experience with them was fantastic. They went above and beyond. I bought the bike at a dealership in Vancouver, (won't mention the names) nothing but a hassle after the purchase. Barnes has now earned all my business.
