I have an outer tie rod end that's shot so they''re fine do it and not the other - won't name shops but the rest it's 'oh it's done in pairs, not just one' (up goes your bill, and they're happier!, but not smart enough to know you won't be back to them, but instead you'll be loyal to Glen Lake Auto !

The guy who answered was very friendly and got us in immediately to run a diagnostic to see what we needed. Turned out to be a minor fix which he did on the spot. I don't remember the last time we got such quick and friendly service. Fantastic.
