(January 9, 2023, 10:33 pm)I dealt with Jennifer in trying to get a specific brand and make in. She went above and beyond what I ever would have expected anyone to do for a customer. Not only did she verify with the supplier that the brand was no longer making that product, she called other stores, even stores that were not co-op to find out if anyone had any left in the city. They did, and I got my hands on the last three bottles in the city. This was probably the best customer service interaction I've had in the last 10 years. I would give 6 stars if I could.
