(May 29, 2023, 9:48 pm)It's rare I go anymore, but when I do I'm just meh about the entire transaction. The food lacks what it used to be, but I think that's on the company itself. The drive through service severely lacks. Stating the total and throwing a pinpad at me is the norm. It takes a few more seconds to greet someone and say your total will be $x.xx
People pay for an experience just as much as the product and the low quality product does not make up for sub par service.
