(December 5, 2021, 1:46 am)Good value for families because of the included swim classes & childminding. Excellent Plus change-rooms; hot tubs, steam room, towel service (well worth the extra cash!). I also love that their are 2 squash courts (1 squash, 1 squash/raquetball convertible court).
Impeccably clean, overall. Also the weight room has a good amount of squat racks etc. Can always get on any equipment that I want to.
Always friendly, hospitable service from all the staff including all the caretakers (who always have a smile for you!), but especially want to mention Greg, and Karin for their outstanding customer service and competence.
It can be difficult to reach a staff member by phone, but I have noticed that this is because the staff is so busy helping in person clients, they won't cut a person short to answer the phone. A good way to get in touch is by email actually, they always respond within a day or so!
