  I purchased a 20 class punch pass mistakenly on the premise that it did not expire as I work 2 full time jobs and am unable to make the classes very often, however, look forward to the Hot Yin class to clear my mind when I can so I can recharge from the stress of life. I really enjoy Prana Yoga as Sarah is an amazing instructor and the facility is clean and inviting.
  
  I recently got an email saying that my punch pass expires in two weeks and I still had 9 classes out of my 20 remaining. Keep in mind a 20 pass is 300$ so those 9 remaining were not a small value that I had not yet utilized. I contacted them and explained the situation and asked if I could extend my punch pass to ensure I received my full value and would keep in mind for future purchases that there IS an expiry attached to purchases. They responded and I was greatly pleased that they had granted me an extension on my punch pass despite my own failure to adhere to the policies.
  
  As I mentioned the studio is very clean and well kept. Sarah is an amazing instructor (I am sure all instructors are - I have never ventured to other classes) Furthermore, the studio is warm and inviting!
  
  Thank you Prana for accommodating me even though my issue was no fault but my own.

  Beautiful, clean and friendly environment. Amanda is an incredible instructor! She puts her heart into every class and is extremely approachable. Highly recommend!

  Privileged white women such as Kate Crowe need to take accountability for their actions as well. From an outside perspective reading her long drawn out review, I can see both the studio and her are at fault. The studio for lack of professionalism, and Kate for throwing a white girl BF. Kate neglecting to take accountability for her behavior in dealing with a frustrating situation is a prime example of a spoiled child upbringing. Perhaps miss Kate should not exclude her actions and behaviours when condemning another party for theirs. That being said, the Yoga studio needs to be accountable for their staff's poor behaviour, and should take some ownership.

  Nice and very cozy studio. Love the hot yoga class there. Good and friendly staff.
