I phoned them twice during that same day. Nobody pick up the phone. As I understand that job was not worthy their attention that's why. They choose a job which is good for them but this is no good for the customers. And give them 5 stars for that? I wouldn't...
This is a second time I post a review for this business. Somebody found my profile in the Internet and send me a message saying that they are ready to correct a mistake that happened. I went to RI location and have been pleasantly surprised by their service. It was quick and efficient. Just in a couple minutes of my arrival an employee took a key from me and in another couple of minutes he told me what the problem was with my car. Then they fix it with no charge. I don't know if this true or not but they say that the problem was too small to charge for it! I had no choice but to put five stars for it. -

Friendly and honest service, would definitely recommend to anyone. -

(February 19, 2022, 2:27 am)Took my Q50S in for a wheel bearing replacement and oil change, staff couldn’t have been better and the repair was done in a timely manner and done extremely well. These guys go above and beyond even topping my tires up with air and changing my key battery free of charge. If you’re looking for a mechanic that does fantastic work for fantastic prices, look no further.
