Stylish decor, clean space, and very chill atmosphere.
Cody gave me an awesome cut and was very pleasant the whole time.
An easy recommend for anyone in the city looking for a great barbershop experience! -

(January 8, 2022, 11:53 pm)Had my first visit here today and all I can say is wow! Cody was amazing. I told him what I wanted to do with my hair and beard and man did he deliver. Best beard trim and shape I have ever had. The hot shave was amazing. They have gained a new client in me and I will not be going anywhere else from now on.

Not only was the cut great, but the vibe in this shop is second to none. Both Cody and Jason immediately made me feel welcome and comfortable. I’ll certainly be coming back here next time I’m in town.

If you’re looking for the perfect haircut, then you NEED to stop by Black Forest Barber Shop.
I don’t trust new barbers, so I walked in with the idea that I was only going to get a small trim before leaving town. The number of times my hair got mangled by a new barber just wasn’t worth the risk. Or so I thought…
Cody immediately made me feel welcome. He took the time to understand my hair, and while Cody explained each step he was taking all my fears melted away. I realized that Cody knew what he was doing and that this place is special.
Half way through the hair cut the owner Jason came by and started giving Cody a hard time for not managing his messages properly…
I thought, “hard to find good help, probably harder to find a good boss”…But…
He was giving him shit… BECAUSE HE GIFTED CODY TICKETS TO THE OILERS GAME…I don’t know about you, but when ownership treats their employees like friends or family…it’s rare, it feels right.
The guys here are good people. If I was local I would be sure to make this my regular spot.
