  I wish I would have known some things before going... first i will cover the good:
  Pros: VERY friendly and professional staff, nice aveda products, relaxing spa music, Facial service very thorough and the girl who did mine was very accommodating to my sensitive skin and made sure that the treatments used were comfortable for me. The facial was very nice and my skin felt wonderful afterwards.
  
  Cons: Location - they are connected to the barber shop next door, and when I say connected, I mean there is only a partition wall between the businesses. I think they have tried their best to sound proof the actual service rooms, but I could still hear men talking over the music. When you walk into a spa and hear a game playing on a TV - it's not really the atmosphere you are there for...
  Pedicure set up - they don't have actual pedicure chairs, which is fine, but I wish I would have known that beforehand because I wouldn't have gotten that service here. I'm sure it wouldn't bother some people, but for me it was uncomfortable to sit in a propped up massage bed for this service.
  Massage - before you go, you should know that they don't actually have a masseuse that gives you the massage... so just be aware that it wont be what you are used to if you normally get one from a masseuse. It is more of a relaxing lotion application - which was okay, but was not what I expected.
  
  If they moved to a location that had an actual enclosed area for the spa and invested in some nice pedicure chairs, it would improve the experience a lot. I know for myself, I don't go to a spa often because it is a treat, so when I do go, I want to have that tranquil feeling.

  Had an hour long massage it felt really nice but the barber shop attached to the spa was really annoying. The men were so loud I wasn't able to relax and enjoy my massage.

  I've tried several spas over the last 4 years looking for a facial like the one I got today!
  Mackenzie did an exceptional job on my facial, and my boyfriend really enjoyed his as well!
  Everything was very clean and gave off a very relaxing vibe.
  We will definitely be back! Thank you!
