The guys at Royal Mechanical were amazing! I had a water line leaking through the basement ceiling and they were able to come in right away to assess, and come back later in the day to repair. They were so friendly and efficient! I highly recommend them to anyone needing plumbing work.

As always my experience with Royal Mechanical has been amazing. From an initial conversation with the owner of the company by email, to calling the office and booking an appointment, to the technician showing up at our door and fixing our issue the experience was awesome! The owner was quick to respond to emails and even faster to try and book me a time to come out for service. When we couldn’t make the time work for us it was very easy to phone and have the office schedule us in right away. The person working in the office was pleasant to talk to and found a time that worked for my crazy schedule. The technician showed up right on time, even though my appointment was at the end of the day. He explained everything in great detail which allowed me the opportunity to ensure I’d be able to keep my furnace running properly in the future. The technician went above and beyond to make sure everything was working properly including things totally unrelated to the issue. I recommend Royal Mechanical to all my customers because a service company that cares the way these guys do is a rare thing! The 2 Mikes and their team were very professional and careful as they installed our air conditioning unit. They treated our home as if it were their own, taking the time to do things carefully and cleaning up as they went along. There was no mess left for us to deal with at the end of the installation, which was a lovely change from many companies. Original Mike also took the time to walk us through how to use the system to best advantage. All in all, a very positive experience!
