Our sales associate Richard was kind and helpful from the moment we walked through the door. The company had all of the safety protocols in place through COVID to allow us to test the different mattresses. We received education on the different mattress types and ended up choosing a latex mattress over coil. Our bed was manufactured in Calgary, so it felt good to support local. Delivery was excellent and in the time as expected. We even ended up getting an adjustable frame and new pillows to complete the set. We now have the luxury sleeping experience we were looking for. Thank you Richard for your expertise and advice!

The sales rep (Josh M) was extremely knowledgeable and gave my wife and I a great overview of mattress styles, pricing & what to look for in a quality product. Settled on a Kingsdown one, manufactured here in Calgary and are very pleased with overall comfortableness and quality of it. Would strongly recommend this outlet to anyone looking for a new mattress.
