(November 23, 2013, 11:19 pm)I continue to be amazed by Kari's never ending quest and mission in life to learn new techniques that build upon her talent in providing me with deep tissue therapeutic massages Having had chronic neck pain for 20+ years, I have been a regular client of her for over 15 years and am so grateful to have found a therapist who can accurately read what my body needs and deliver a therapeutic massage that relaxes my muscles and greatly reduces the tension. Her experience and vast knowledge allows her to go beyond just giving me a simple massage, instead she's able to target the exact parts of my neck and back that have the greatest impact, leaving me with a sense of bpth mental and physical relaxation.

(January 17, 2013, 3:46 pm)Before starting Vibration Therapy I was very stiff and sore with knots and sore muscles and joints in those pressure point areas. Usually when I go for a massage during this time it is very tender and sore. I was on Vibration for only 2 weeks so maybe 6 sessions and then went for a massage. To my surprise the sore spots I thought I had were now pretty much non existent. I strongly feel that the vibration therapy has loosened my musles up and helped the inflamation in those areas! I have also been using the Infared Sauna and leaving the centre feeling less stressed and much more relaxed. Thanks Kari.. love the centre and look forward to your contined growth and success!
