I highly recommend Community Yoga Cochrane. Great for everyone from new yoga students to master yogis. Yulia blends meditation and yoga practice so beautifully you must experience it for yourself!

We went from being stressed, upset, and alone to being fully relaxed, energized, and connected. It was unbelievable and so powerful. I highly recommend any class or retreat with Community Yoga Cochrane, the experience is one of a kind and so needed when you are feeling off-balance or want to stay balanced.

Yulia has taught yoga in and around Cochrane for years and you can feel this experience and care come through in this community focused effort.

Yulia is an incredible instructor who is very knowledgeable and provides many alternatives to each pose in her class making you feel at ease and able to work at your own pace. I always feel much better after a class with her. I highly recommend this studio! :) Wonderful addition to Cochrane’s growing wellness scene.
