  Myself, my wife and 2 daughters have been training at Focus Taekwon Do for over 6 years now and we have never looked back. Right from day 1 we felt like we were part of something greater than we could ever imagine, and seeing our daughters growth in Taekwon Do first hand has been a great experience. Our head instructor Miss Aimee Maund has shown us so much about testing our limits and how to exceed them, along with showing us that the whole club is one big family and that Taekwon Do in itself is one giant family of people all training, competing and trying to make the whole a better place.

  My daughter has been with focus for almost ten years. This is her second family. Where she feels safe to be herself. She is a second degree black belt now and helps teach the shadow warriors. Tkd has given her confidence and self appreciation that will guide her through her life. So glad we made the decision to enroll her with focus it really was a path in her life.

  My family has been attending for over 1 year and the club has exceeded our expectations. The family atmosphere is truly one of a kind. Aimee Maund is an excellent leader pushing all all to levels we never knew we had.

  My Daughter attends TKD at this club. She started as a shadow warrior (junior member) and one of the first lessons she was taught was “Never go anywhere alone”. They also taught the kids what to do if grabbed by a stranger. I think every parent should consider this for their children. It’s great for them to learn how to defend themselves in the event your out of reach. She has now been there for a year and looks forward to it every time. She has a great time and she is making some real friends.

  Taekwon do has changed my life in such a positive way. 5 years ago my mother had put me in Taekwon do along with my sister. Eventually my whole family joined and to this day we enjoy every class and every experience we get. Focus Taekwon do isn't just a martial art club, it is a second Family
