(December 17, 2018, 5:48 am)I go to both, the Britannia and Signal Hill location, and have attended a variety of classes. I mostly go to Tracie and Emily's classes throughout the week and I love them both. The workout is amazing and good for all levels. The instructors are good at providing modifications and making sure everyone is doing the moves correctly. For the entire 45 minutes you are getting a strength workout as well as an amazing stretch. Hope they open a location in the NW soon!

All of your staff is great, professional and helpful. Particularly, I want to highlight the work Tracie and Cassandra do! I attend their classes often and they have helped me stay in shape and remain healthy. Additionally, attending their classes always cheers me up and leaves me in a better mood to face my day. Thank you for that! -

(September 13, 2018, 3:51 pm)I have been using the Lagree method for about 2 Years now. I have never done any sort of workout routine that give results the way Lagree does!! I’ve seen amazing changes in my body. It’s a complete full body workout, every time !! It’s always a challenge that pushes me to be stronger. Definitely recommend to anyone.
