  In an extremely difficult real-estate market for sellers, I was lucky enough to secure the services of Spencer Stupka and Emma Grace May to sell my home. It needed to be an extremely quick listing and we had lots of pressure to sell as soon as possible.
  
  Spencer and Emma handled everything extremely professionally and efficiently. They listed my home right away, they quickly had an open house and helped garner a lot of attention for my property. Down to the wire they managed to secure an excellent buyer. Despite some complications on the buyers end, they managed to finalize the sale and kept me up to date at every single step of the way.
  
  They were honest and up front about the sale and what to expect. Their communication was prompt and detailed with every step of the transaction. They helped me secure an amazing deal on the purchase of my new home. I cannot say enough good things about Charles Real Estate or Spencer and Emma. They recommended all the right people for other aspects of the sale (inspectors, etc.) and helped in extremely stressful situations (not of their making).
  
  Highly recommended for anyone looking to purchase or sell their home who want the best experience possible and help securing a great deal, even in difficult markets.

  Ashley Gergel is simply amazing. We decided to work with her after receiving a really good review about her from our friends. (You'd be surprised how many people would NOT refer their real-estate agent!)
  
  We were first time home buyers and she managed to find us the PERFECT home in a very short time. We knew very little about the home-buying process, but she walked us through it from start to finish, answering all of our questions, putting us in contact with the right people, and giving us really good advice.
  
  After a number of viewings she knew exactly what we were looking for (which was a pretty tall order, considering we weren't sure what that was ourselves, at first!) But we figured it out together and we never felt pressured or discouraged that we'd have to settle for anything less.
  
  Ashley will bat for you, and trust me, you want her on your team! We couldn't have been happier with our decision to work with Ashley. Our home is everything we wanted and so much more!!!

  We recently sold our townhouse with Ashley Gergel and could not recommend her more highly. Ashley prepared an extensive list of comparable homes that had sold in our area and thoroughly researched the market to help guide us in selecting an appropriate list price. She then used innovative digital staging technology to help us put our best foot forward with staged photos of our house. She assisted with countless showings, even going so far as to buy and change lightbulbs and batteries for us. She was crucial in the negotiation process and helped us get our full asking price. In a depressed market, selecting the correct real estate agent is the most important thing you can do. Ashley is so responsive, helpful, and hardworking, she is someone you want as your representation. She assisted us immensely with the stress of selling a home in a down market and we would use her again in a heartbeat. We could not be happier that we chose to work with Ashley.

  I HAVE HAD THE OPPORTUNITY AND PRIVILEGE TO WORK WITH ANDY JACKSON IN A NUMBER OF REAL ESTATE DEALS. ANDY ALWAYS PLACES HIS CLIENTS FIRST AND FOREMOST AND GOES ABOVE AND BEYOND ALL THE TIME. HIS INTEGRITY, HONESTY, LEVEL OF DETAIL TO ENSURE ALL ASPECTS OF THE DEAL ARE COVERED MAKES THE PROCESS EITHER BUYING OF SELLING AN EASY PROCESS. ON MY LAST DEAL I WAS IN A BIND ON THANKSGIVING AS I ACTUALLY NEEDED TO STORE SOME ITEMS IN HIS GARAGE AND WITH A HOUSEHOLD OF FAMILY HE WAS ENTERTAINING WITHOUT HESITATION HE CAME RIGHT OVER AND HELPED US OUT.. TELL ME HOW MANY REALTORS WOULD DO THIS??? IF YOU WANT TO HAVE THE BEST REALTOR IN CALGARY PLEASE GIVE ANDY A CALL, YOU WON'T BE DISAPPOINTED..

  We had a fantastic experience working with Emma and Spencer buying our new home. In my mind, the most important aspect of a good realtor is responsiveness. Emma and Spencer were efficient, prompt, and professional (and friendly) every step of the way. They also gave candid and objective feedback on every place we looked at, so we were confident when we found the right one. We highly recommend them.
