An excellent place to get expertise for being a landlord here in Calgary. It is great they provide documentation and monthly seminars so landlords can prepare for tenancies. It is great they update the agreements to accommodate changes such as the new cannabis laws.
I recently completed the Residential Tenancies In Alberta course offered by The Calgary Residential Rental Association. The course led by Gerry was very informative and I now have an increased knowledge base and am more confident in my abilities to provide tenants with quality housing while protecting myself from liabilities. Thanks and I hope to participate in more of your offered courses.
