Friendly and knowledgeble staff ready to support your fitness journey, not matter what it looks like, or where it's going. Group classes, personal training, large variety of equipment.   Decent size gym with friendly staff and good equipment. While not crazy big, it is never so busy, that I would have to wait for a station. Lots of options (free weights, stations, cardio, functional training, spinning) even a tanning room. The spinning room provides classes in person and virtual. Great for people who like a no-fuzz workout in a clean environment with friendly staff and members. Bonus: Pizza place right next door ;)

  One of the best gyms I've ever been to! The employees genuinely care about you and your fitness journey. They put extra effort into commenting on your progress and making you feel included and welcome. I always felt like 'part of the family' at this gym and highly recommend it to anyone looking for somewhere new to try!
