  Great gym with really nice owners. Has all the equipment you need and the price of membership is definitely worth the environment here.

  Used to be a member - Good Fitness Instructors, Systematically Smart Training, feel like you worked out after and can modify to your Level of Fitness, even if you never exercised before. Remember to modify, do not compare, or stare (hee, hee some people worry about life and accidentally stare at Fitness outfits, colors, or most people to look around at fitness centers they go to, right? people do decide if they wish to become toned, body build, or just exercising for Mental Health & Stress Release, (like me). Whatever, exercise is great for releasing stress and if you grew up in a dysfunctional family, like me, it helps me get rid of stress and keep my bloat down, as I like to be less puffy-like myself). Remember, have fun, and try NOT to stare if you like what they wear!, as Drama Queens are in every environment!

  I have been with Fitness Plus for many years. I enjoy the family environment that is created throughout the facility, starting with the front desk with great staff to greet you. There are several different areas to work out with weights ????️ spin classes ????‍♀️ cardio room ????boot camp, yoga, great squash league ???? and more.
  They also offer childcare and very qualified trainers
  I highly recommend this facility to enhance your active living style.
