  I am 8 weeks into my treatment program with Dr Jeff. After having gone through countless years of treatments (100+) at different clinic's, I have found Dr. Jeff's approach very effective. My neck has never felt better after 5 years of pain and my lower back is progressing as well (after 12 years of injury). Prior to seeing Dr. Jeff, I had almost accepted the fact that my neck and back were going to be subject to pain management for the remainder of my life as opposed to healing. After my first 8 weeks, I am more optimistic than I ever have been that my body will be capable of healing itself once my spine is in correct alignment (courtesy of Dr. Jeff). The accountability will be on YOU, as you need to take your treatment serious and complete the at home program exercises. Very affordable packages for families. Definitely a must to go visit and be educated on the importance of correcting the subluxation's in your spine!

  Myself and my kids have gone through our initial assessment and treatment plan review. Dr. Jeff has done a great job of explaining the "why" behind proper chiropractic and has really created a lot of hope for our family to get back to neutral so our bodies can do the job of healing like it should! I am very much looking forward to starting our treatment program this month! A must to go and see him and get your initial assessment at the very least.

  Dr. Jeff is just awesome. He takes the time to explain your personal treatment plan and the benefits of the schedule he has set up for you. There are also 2 wonderful ladies working with him that will go out of their way to help you with any insurance issues or just answer your questions. I wouldn't think twice about recommending Dr. Jeff to anyone who needs a Chiropractor. Thank you Dr. Jeff and staff for the amazing service I have received!

  Health starts from the inside out!
  With chiropractic care, I can do the things I want again without being in constant pain.

  Thirteen or so years ago I decided to do something about my health. I joined the gym and started on the long road of learning about nutrition. Twelve years ago I met Dr. Jeff and his team and with his knowledge and dedication to health and now twelve years later I can honestly say that at 61 I've never been healthier. Going on 13 years... Thank you. Chiropractic is a very important part of my health regime and administered with Dr. Jeff's expertise and everyone is well looked after by Tawnia and Kelsey. Thanks for everything over the years!
