  Once referred to Dr. Poelman, I called their office to see if they had any earlier appointments for my daughter. The receptionist found a cancellation spot and fit my daughter in months earlier than expected. The second appointment we attended for my daughter I personally had an issue that my family doctor asked me to just talk with Dr. Poelman about. She quickly assessed me and provided treatment right there instead of having me come back. The front desk then fit me and my daughter in for follow up appointments 2 weeks later. Dr. Poelman is very quick and efficient with her appointments and her front staff has been more than accommodating. Very pleased with her office. And yes you may have to wait but that's to be expected at a Specialist's office.

  We have been going there for months now and I have never had a problem with anyone in the office. Everyone is always very friendly, and Dr. Poelman has been great. We are still going there!

  I was referred by my doctor who told me it would take 2 to 3 months to get an appointment here. It only took 2 weeks so I was very happy with that. The receptionist who called me was friendly, as well as when I went in. They were kind of busy but managed to see me right on time for my appointment. The doctor was nice and provided me with options. I would recommend them to anyone!:)

  I found the receptionist to be very helpful and accommodating. Me and my mother had two separate appointment-times two months apart due to our family physician referring us at different times. I called in to the clinic and was wondering if it was possible to have the two appointments scheduled together in order to save some time. The receptionist happily helped us and managed to get us in at the same time. Very friendly and helpful.
