  Did my first Spin class last night. Let me begin by saying I'm an avid mountain biker and frequently go for 60-80km rides. However, Spin is a whole other beast. While I enjoyed the experience its definitely going to take me some time to adjust to the higher cadence of this activity. It will be a great winter activity to help keep the legs in shape for riding season.
  
  I'm knocking one star off because I found the bikes a bit small. I'm 6'4" and i was able to get the seat high enough but there wasn't enough reach to the bars for my liking. My knees hit the bars a couple times. I also found the right pedal wasn't night enough to keep the shoe locked in. It popped loose when i got out of the saddle. I'm used to riding with my SPD pedals set really tight. I mentioned it to the instructor after class and she said she would have it looked at.

  My all time favorite place to workout. Incredible staff. Amazing studio. LOVE having a membership here!

  Words cannot express how much I LOVE this studio. I have been a member of the Soul Community for 4 years now and could not imagine life without them. The killer workouts, amazing instructors and inviting atmosphere cannot be beat! Highly recommend trying this place out!

  Soul is one of the most welcoming fitness communities I've ever been a part of. From the moment you walk through those doors, you can feel the positive energy in this space. The staff will go out of their way to make sure you are comfortable and at ease, and the instructors will motivate you to be the best version of yourself. Can't say enough wonderful things about this place. I'm so lucky to consider myself a member of the soul family!

  Where do I start with this great studio?? First when you walk into the spin side you are immediately greeted by the very friendly front staff. The studio has great energy. The change rooms are very clean. When you enter the spin room that is where the magic happens. The music is already playing to get you ready for your ride. All of the teachers are great, with some obvious favourites. I encourage everyone to give this studio a try. I’ve been a member for over a year and a half and it has been life changing for me.
