  I love that I can go whenever I want and that it’s only 30 minutes. It’s such an amazing workout as the music is awesome but the staff but incredible. They have such great energy and are so friendly and wonderful!! I feel like I’m part of a family when I go there. Also lots of laughs with Ryan. He’s truly one of the best managers I’ve ever met. Make sure you keep him around. I live in Calgary Canada and so happy to have 9Round here. :)))))

  Fast, fierce and fun! I have been working out at 9 Round Shepard 3 times a week for the 18 months. I have lost weight, gained muscle and endurance, and relieved so much stress. I love the drop-in style, and my weekday morning Trainers.

  My fitness journey with 9Round (9Round Shepard) began in April 2017 and ever since I keep working out. Before I started 9Round I felt like I need to do something since I often felt tired and too weak to even think of doing anything. Only walking the dogs though didn’t feel enough and I looked into fitness options. I started 9Round because 1. they offer kickboxing fitness (I love kickboxing) 2. no class times (very important since we are all busy) and 3. close to my house.
  I workout 4 times a week now and I like seeing all these workout / fitness posts on social media and encourage people to keep posting it! I personally love to share my fitness journey since I learned to put my fitness goals first and I see fitness as a sweet treatment rather then a punishment.
  9Round fit and strong forever.

  I walked into 9Round for the first time, nervous and intimidated but ready to get back into shape after having my two kids. I was blown away by the trainers and their friendliness in helping me get started. Before long, I felt like family and have been going strong for over two years now. It has been the perfect fit for me being a mom of two young kids; not having to plan my workouts, no class start times, and 30 minutes to get a really good sweat on. I ❤️ 9R

  Great energy, positive & encouraging coaches, high intensity, fast pace 30 minute workout maximizing calorie burn. I already worked out on average 5 times a week at my gym but am surprised by the difference I feel in my increased fitness level just by adding or switching up my regular routine to include a 9Round session once or twice a week. Also found it to be a great workout for the mind as well.
