  I really don’t understand these reviews. I see dr. Murphy and she is fantastic. I’ve never had trouble with the receptionists either although it would be nice if they called for appointment reminders. I don’t live in the area anymore and still drive 30-45 minutes to go to this clinic and Dr Murphy. Great place.

  I just got off the phone with Lori (if I recall her name correctly!). She was extremely helpful, looked for appointments on different days that would work for our schedule, and was totally empathetic. She even helped me find time at a sister clinic (in New Brighton) when we realized the times at their clinic wouldn't work for us. Great customer service!

  I've been a patient here for almost 6 years. I'm surprised at the reviews. I've never had a problem with reception and they always offer my kids stickers after appointments. I see Dr.Tok and he's very attentive and doesn't rush the appointment. Always makes sure all my questions are thoroughly answered. It's a good clinic that I would recommend.
