  Unfortunately my BMW 325XI was rear ended in an accident and the bumper needed to be replaced. Dilawri went above and beyond my expectations by perfectly color matching the new bumper to my cars original color. Granted Dilawris craftsmanship and their excellent staff I would highly recommend any individual seeking work on his/her vehicle to consider Dilawri.

  Great Body Shop for BMW's.
  
  They are simply Great. From your point of contact Shayla to the appraiser Richard , they are really good at what they do , competent, well equipped and deliver quality. They are knowledgeable , polite and very accommodating. You can feel the passion they have when dealing with them.
  
  I have been to the shop twice 2014 and May 2018 and both times they really took care of my car and superseded my expectations.

  Just got my car back and honestly the 2017 X3 BMW looks better now than when I had purchased it. Awesome all round, excellent communication (kept me in the loop), great coordination with the appraiser and insurance company and most importantly car seems to have been repaired to the BMW standards. Lastly, the car was repaired and delivered 10 days before the original repair date. Thank you Dilawri (Calgary), your team has been nothing but fantastic

  Recently I took my car to the Dilawri Collision Center to have a door skin and mirror replaced.
  Dilawri contacted the car rental agency when I booked my appointment to set everything up.
  The service was great, the staff were friendly and upbeat!
  They had my car for a little over a week which in my opinion is pretty good concidering the entire side of my car needed to be painted to match.
  When an extra part needed to be approved by insurance Dilawri contacted my insurance right away and no extra time was added to my wait.
  When I got my car back not only was is sparkling on the outside it was also detailed on the inside! It was a nice surprise to have clean carpets!
  I would recommend the Dilawri Collision Centre to anyone.
