  I have been to both Sage Hill and the Royal Oak locations, both are operated by Nicole, I could not ask for a better work out. It is challenging but doable. I feel so great afterwards, i have gone to gyms and have done other fitness routines my whole life. 9Round is the only one that has stuck and I have the most fun here. The trainers are very knowledgeable and if you need to modify an exercise they help you. They know you by both your "fighter name" and your first name which is very welcoming. I always feel they are happy to see me, very positive atmosphere. No class times, no prebooking and no waiting for your piece of equipment. Just show up and get ready to sweat your butt off. Don't worry if you are not in shape they will get you in shape, and if you are in shape don't worry that it won't be enough for you, trust me,they will work you and your heart rate will be up. If you are on the fence get off of it and go check them out.

  The trainers! They are so awesome at my club. Tam, Matt, Nicole...well they're ALL so fantastic! Makes all the difference for me. I've tried many different clubs and 9 Round Sage Hill is the only club that I can truly say I'll stick with. Cost is reasonable too for what you get with your membership. Also the half hour workout and how you can modify to fit your own needs is a huge bonus. With having more challenges at the milestone of 50, 9 Round accommodates and positively supports me with every workout. And my spouse used to be a member at a kick boxing club and had just started training to do competitions as he was at a higher belt level but due to an injury during a sparing match, ended up having to step back. Enter 9 Round. He absolutely rants and raves about this club, proving that 9 Round accommodates ALL levels of fitness. Its not very often that you can share a fitness club with your spouse if you are at opposite fitness levels! I also like that you can just go when it’s good for your schedule and you don’t have to book a time as my schedule is always busy and changing especially with two teen girls. And every workout is different with a mix of challenging stations that give a full body workout. I could go on and on but really everything about my 9 Round is absolutely awesome! Luv luv luv it!!

  Great place and awesome trainers.
  You can burn 500 plus calories in 30 min
  New workout each time you go there.
  Physically I’ve noticed I begging to tone up really well.

  9Round is awesome! The trainers are what make the place so great. The workouts are challenging but the trainers are so motivating and friendly. The energy is high and it makes for an enjoyable 30 minutes. The hardest part is just getting there.

  9rounds royal oak rocks- amazing workout that challenges me each time, in 30min, super convenient location, fantastic trainers that provide encouragement (and keep me going!). I have a busted knee and they are always showing me adaptions to the workout; as a result, my knee is fine and I'm actually getting strong legs! Give it a go and promise you will love It!
