(January 25, 2022, 9:29 pm)Great place to go and so close to home. I love that the instructors are pushing you and showing you techniques and help challenge you.
I love that I can go anytime they are open and start the circuit, I don't have to sign up for a class, or go at a specific time. I just show up, sign in, do my workout and leave. And feel go good afterwards.
I also love that they have a kid station for kids to sit, just need to bring them something to entertain themselves. No extra charge for this either. -

(August 20, 2021, 5:49 am)I personally enjoy working out at the Branch in Calgary NW. I meet a lot of lovely ladies who come in looking down but brighten up the minute the walk through the door. Positive vibes all the way.
There is an exciting feeling you experience when you work out at the 30Min HIT gym especially when the trainers go all "double time" on you 🤣🤣. Jane is personally by MVP, Iona is another lovely lady. I learnt some new moves from Iona today that I didnt know existed. I am looking forward to trying them out at my next session.
Did I mention you make new friends each time you come for a 30mins session. Oh wait, did I also mention it's an all women's kickbox center and you make new friends. Ops! I said that already right. 🤣🤣🤣 that's because I want to meet YOU there when next I come over. Grab a towel and water and bring in your best smiles.
