  ***edited to add***** Honda has since followed up and apologized for all the miscommunication.
  Terrible customer service. Brought my vehicle for recall service. My shoes I keep in my car went missing after. So I called back and left 2 messages with my advisor. Never got a call back. So a week after waiting I called again . The advisor I spoke with said they would find out who the tech was and ask them about it. Never got a call back. 1 week after that I got a call back telling me how my car needed recall service, which had already been done. So I spoke to this person about my issue and the lack of response. She said she would look into it. Again no call back. Finally I called AGAIN and spoke to someone who did actually call me back but of course the answer was that the technician didn't remember anything about my service appointment. Big surprise- it was almost 2 months ago. Very disappointing. Will not be bringing or vehicle back and will definitely not be recommending to others.

  Love this place. They always get me in quick, and get me back out just as quick. The people are great. Collette specifically! Seems like she’s often the one who helps me when I come here, and she’s great every time.

  Bought a used Toyota from Village and they took care of their customer like selling their own Honda. Some issues just prior to delivery were encountered, but I highly commend their integrity for not selling me a car with issues that went previously undetected. I think Sean, the Manager went above and beyond to swiftly get the car back in shape like I had expected it to be. Many thanks to Hana for providing my family and me with impeccable sales and customer service throughout our experience with her going even prior to this - highly recommended! Your shuttle guys are also awesome - had good conversation with four of them.
