  I just bought my third car from Andrew Fagan at Charlesglen Toyota and the service has been impeccable as usual. Andrew and the staff at Charlesglen went out of their way to assist us and made this a really great experience. Thanks again Andrew, it is always a pleasure dealing with the best of the best!

  It’s amazing experience! Jack the sales specialist is rock star. He paid in great details of our family needs, coming up with the best recommendations. Mark the delivery coordinator show us in details of the functions and tips. You definitely get your first class shopping experience here. Highly recommend for the cost efficiency, great customer service and professionalism.

  I would 100% recommend Charlesglen Toyota to anyone buying a vehicle. From start to finish my family received nothing but top notch service.
  
  Walking in the doors we knew exactly what we wanted to purchase and our salesman, Edmond, was friendly, patient and went out of his way to accommodate our needs and get us the vehicle we desired. Lydia in finance was fantastic and thorough.
  
  On the day of pick up, we had someone come to our home to pick us up to bring us to the dealership and that to us spoke volumes on what Charlesglen is willing to do to make their customers happy. When arriving at the dealership for pickup, Marc (?) walked us through the details of our new vehicle in their heated underground showroom which was a lovely added touch.
  
  We were very impressed at the service we received and will definitely have Charlesglen in mind for our next vehicle purchase!

  Great experience! Feels so good that I want to buy a new car more often!! Jim and Jack took good care of us being patient and answering all our questions on our new vehicle. Phil was great for our credit advice. Kim amazing manager, since we arrived he knew who I was and looked for our file. Very attentive and helpful to accommodate to our needs.

  Amazing service all around! We’ve been to a few different dealerships and this is easily the best one to deal with. They are considerate of our needs, price point, never pushy and incredibly helpful! I will ALWAYS come back here! Thank you for helping us find a safe, affordable vehicle!
